FOUNDATIONS OF THE FAITH

This 2 week class for 4th-6th graders and their parents covers the important Foundations of our Faith – Salvation, Communion and Baptism. While our class is designed for 4th-6th graders, we recognize that children who are younger may be spiritually and developmentally ready to take this step. This is a decision that is best made by you and your child.

Discussed in class:

What is Salvation? How do we receive Salvation?
How to prepare a Personal Testimony.
What is Communion? How do we celebrate it at Immanuel?
What is Baptism?

Baptisms are celebrated monthly during our weekend Worship Services. After your child has completed the class they will be scheduled for a video testimony. You will also be given the opportunity to select which of our 4 weekend services is most convenient for your family.

Foundations of the Faith classes occur once a quarter.
