Children’s Heart Project

Grace Ministries in Arlington provides a monthly outreach to immigrants in Northern Virginia. Volunteers help unload food supply trucks from the Food Bank on Friday and bag groceries, 10am–3pm. Volunteers can also attend the worship service and help with food distribution on Saturday morning, 8–11am.Children of all ages are welcome to participate.

Immanuel's Food Pantry
Bags of groceries are given out at Immanuel nearly every day to people in need. Families or small groups can assemble bags and bring them to the church for distribution. For further instructions, click here.
Immanuel’s Hope
The charitable outreach of Immanuel Bible Church that provides clothing, furniture and housewares to needy families in Northern Virginia.Volunteers can receive and sort donations, distribute goods, provide hospitality, and pick up furniture on Saturdays.

Regency House Food Distribution
This program delivers groceries to low-income seniors and disabled citizens in an apartment complex known as Regency House. Distribution is made on Saturdays, 9am–12pm, where the food is sorted and distributed to the residents.

Steps to Elevate People (STEP)
Reaching out to elementary school families, with opportunities to bring hope to the poor through the gospel of Jesus Christ. STEP provides encouragement by mentoring, educational opportunities and serving.

Urban Immersion
Immanuel’s annual mission trip will be Thursday, May 15 to Sunday, May 18, 2008. Hosted by the Center for Student Missions, we will work at various sites ministering to those in need in the nation's capital, including Central Union Mission.Come and experience the city in a whole new way . . .through God's eyes!
