Parent Connection

We have chosen curriculum with parents in mind! Our current curriculum has incredible resources that you can use at home. These resources will help you bring Deuteronomy 11:19-21 alive in your home. “Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up. Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates, so that your days and the days of your children may be many in the land that the Lord swore to give your forefathers, as many as the days that the heavens are above the earth.”

Each Sunday your children will come home with papers that will help you reinforce the lesson for the week. If your child is 2 years old through Kindergarten your paper is called “Small Talk”. For children who are in the 1st through 6th grade they will bring home two papers; one is called "Refrigerator Door", for parents and “GodTime”, which is for child’s personal devotion time.

"Virtue Packs” are additional resources that are available for $10.00. These packs have a CD for the car with music and lessons for kids and parents, teaching cards for meal time, and special cards for bedtime. These packs are guaranteed to have an impact on your whole family! Virtue packs will be available in November and may be purchased at the bookstore.
