Celebration Sunday: One Life and One Year

Sunday, June 1st will be a very special day of celebration. We will be celebrating the announcement of the congregation's commitment to the ONE LIFE Campaign AND the one year anniversary of Dr. Ron Jones as the Senior Pastor of Immanuel Bible Church. Please join us for a great morning of worship, praise, and thanksgiving to God for all that He has done in and through this church, and for an afternoon of celebration and fun for the whole family!

Plans are being made now. Bring your picnic baskets and join us on the field for face painting, popcorn, give-away prizes, and field games. We plan on bringing back an old Immanuel favorite: strawberries and ice cream. And we'll have activities for young and mature alike. Take a spin on the orbitron! Watch the children enjoy the Moonbounce!

Activities begin at 2pm in the Gym with a brief program and a presentation honoring Dr. Ron Jones on his first anniversary at Immanuel. Outdoor events wrap-up at 4pm and will be followed in the Worship Center with a concert from "Unashamed," our youth choir, at 4:30pm.

Pray for warm weather and clear skies and plan on joining us for this community-sized event!

Though last year's event was marked by rain, those who attended moved indoors to the Gym and had a grand afternoon enjoying funnel cakes, ice cream, and music. We even participated in a "ground-breaking" for the building program in the Gym.
