Local Troop Dues: $50 per girl

(Maximum of $150 per family)

Note that this only covers local troop dues. All members must also pay $35/year direct to AHG National through their website. If you are a new troop member, we will contact you and provide the information needed to accomplish national registration.

Refund Policy: Requests for refunds must be received by IBC within 90 days of the transaction date. If approved, refunds of payments made by credit/debit card will be credited to the same credit/debit card. Refund requests received more than 90 days after the transaction date will not be approved.

You can register up to 4 children with this form. American Heritage Girls must be in the age group/grade by 31 October. If your daughter does not exactly meet these requirements, register them in the closest match and the Troop will contact you about placement.

Levels by age and grade:

Pathfinder (Kindergarten) and at least 5 years old
Tenderhearts (1st -3rd grade) and at least 6 years old
Explorers (4th - 6th grade) and least 9 years old
Pioneer (7th and 8th grade) and at least 12 years old

Parent Participation Requirement:

It is required by AHG National Policy that only a Registered Adult may attend troop functions and meetings. All parents who are present in the meeting room, would like to camp or attend any of our Troop Outings must be registered. Our troop encourages parents to become registered leaders. We have this "parent-participation" approach because we believe that you play the greatest role in influencing your children. It is our desire to reach your children with the gospel of Christ in a safe and secure environment and this can only happen with your participation. Thank you for partnering with us!
